Mango Raspberry Coconut Pops

What You Need

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1.5 + 1 cups coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Popsicle molds

 

What You Need to do

  1. In a bowl, mix 1.5 cups of coconut yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  2. In the blender, blend the frozen mango, frozen raspberries, remaining 1 cup coconut yogurt, and remaining 2 tablespoons of maple syrup until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Take the popsicle molds and layer the coconut yogurt and blended raspberry mango mixture into the molds.
  4. Place the popsicle sticks on/in and freeze for between 6 and 8 hours. Run warm water over the popsicle mold for easy removal.
